These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products or services through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full. These terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and prices are provided in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, as required by the CPA. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. A binding agreement is formed only when we send this confirmation (ECT Act s22).
5. Payment
We accept payments through Paystack and/or PayFast. All payment processing is handled securely by these third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
6. Cooling-Off Period (CPA s44 & ECT Act s44)
You have the right to cancel an order and return goods within 5 (five) business days of receiving them, without penalty and without giving a reason, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. This right applies to all electronic transactions as required by the CPA s16 and ECT Act s44.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframe indicated. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel the order for a full refund as provided in the CPA.
8. Returns and Refunds
In addition to the cooling-off period above, you may return defective goods within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by the CPA s56. Please see our Return Policy for detailed procedures.
9. Warranty
All goods sold carry an implied warranty of quality as required by CPA s56. Goods must be suitable for their intended purpose, of good quality, and free from defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Your personal information is processed in accordance with POPIA and our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by South African intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
